In addition to our Privacy Policy, we are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Privacy Act”). Power Yachts will only collect, use or disclose your personal information in accordance with this policy and the Privacy Act.
